Ryan Wolcott

Ryan joined DELTAWRX in 2010 and has extensive experience assisting clients with Request for Proposals development, proposal evaluation, system implementation, vendor management, contract negotiations and project management. Prior to joining DELTAWRX, Ryan worked in subcontract management, where he managed several aspects of supplier contracts including establishing technical requirements, drafting Requests for Proposals, defining bid evaluation criteria, conducting price evaluations and negotiations and managing supplier performance of contract deliverables. He has presented on public safety technology at conferences such as Western APCO and NENA.

Ryan is PMP certified through the Project Management Institute.

Ryan has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Arts in Communication, also from the University of Southern California.
