
Mr. Wolcott began his career managing suppliers at a large defense contractor agency. During his six years in this role, he gained valuable experience in the areas of project management, large-scale procurements and contract negotiations. After earning his Master of Business Administration degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he focused on strategic planning, Mr. Wolcott pursued his career at DELTAWRX to combine his experience and analytical skills with his desire to help public safety agencies achieve their goals.
In his 14 years with DELTAWRX, Mr. Wolcott has assisted more than 40 emergency communications, law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies with identifying and addressing their business needs, often through the lenses of operations and technology. Mr. Wolcott has extensive experience gathering data, mapping and analyzing business processes, developing functional requirements and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), facilitating proposal evaluations, negotiating contracts and overseeing system implementations.
Mr. Wolcott’s strengths as a consultant include synthesizing information to determine root causes of current challenges and developing novel solutions to mitigate risks. He is a keen listener and effective communicator across all levels of organizations. Mr. Wolcott is equally comfortable leading discussions with front line personnel and delivering recommendations to leadership teams.
Mr. Wolcott is a quintessential team player, actively contributing to successful project outcomes regardless of the role in which he serves. Many of Mr. Wolcott’s projects have resulted in follow-on engagements – a testament to the priority he places on client satisfaction and providing the highest level of professional service. In his spare time, Mr. Wolcott enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his daughters’ sports teams.
