Black Hawk County CJIS Board
DELTAWRX is leading the effort to replace the County's legacy CAD, Mobile, law RMS and Field Reporting, Civil Processing and Jail Management System applications. Multiple agencies are participating in this project, including the Black Hawk County Consolidated Communication Center, which provides services for 24 public safety agencies
Metro Transit Police Department
DELTAWRX developed a plan to establish a communications center for the Metro Transit Police Department. Previously, the police force was dispatched by the same unit that managed police operations. As the transit operations and size of the police department grew, the transit organization struggled to provide dispatch services that met community and police department needs.
