Garden City retained DELTAWRX to lead the replacement of its legacy CAD, Mobile, and Law Enforcement RMS applications. DELTAWRX conducted a business needs assessment, which was followed by the development of an RFP and a corresponding evaluation and selection plan to lead the City from RFP release to a successfully negotiated contract. After facilitating the proposal evaluation process, DELTAWRX assisted with negotiating a contract with the successful vendor.
