The City of Pittsburgh engaged DELTAWRX to complete a strategic review of public safety technology for the Department of Public Safety and the Police, Fire, EMS and Animal Services Bureaus, and develop a strategic roadmap to guide future investments in technology.

DELTAWRX used information gathered from key documentation, interviews and observations of operations to assess the existing environment and develop initial recommendations. We facilitated strategic planning workshops with key decision makers to reach consensus on priorities and timelines.

Our final report was a five-year investment roadmap. For each recommended initiative, DELTAWRX assessed the priority, level of effort and financial investment and identified key dependencies, major tasks and resource requirements.
